    Ok. To answer my own question...

    We've done two batches now with this method: we dissolve the sugar with hot wort in smaller vessels that we can then pour back to the tank. It leaves the resistors a bit messy, so if we do a double brew, we brew this 2nd.

    Hi.

    We're adding crushed candi sugar for the first time in boil. Will it sink and burn into resistors if not diluted into work in different vessel first? We're using 1200l boil kettle.
