  • Bottling Woes

I'm considering using a custom 350 ml bottle with an aluminum screw cap for bottling my carbonated non-alcoholic beverage. Problem is, not even the manufacturer of the bottle can tell me where to find a bottler/capper that is small and will work. I've contacted countless companies in Asia, Mexico and several in the U.S., but no one seems to know. We will run about 2k bottles at a time.

Here is a close approximation of the bottle I am considering having made: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-FTCfMuIF_0...0/P1060375.JPG

    capper

Try to look at aluminum twist cap sealers from the wine industry. I found a few in a matter of minutes. I would call them and explain what you need. They may be able to help you.
    Good Luck,
