What do you all use to clean your twist rinse guide bars? Is there a recommended product to apply to prevent cans from sticking as they spin?

In my experience if the cans are sticking -
1) they are either not wet enough (potable water, preferably chlorine free, no other additions to the water else you will contaminate the beer) or
2) the guides are set incorrectly, either too wide, or too loose (either will cause a problem), or
3) the descent angle is too shallow - about 40 degrees I think we used, but possibly a little less, or
4) far less likely is the finish on the cans which is a little rough, presumably due to poor lacquer finishdick
