  • Looking for guidance in finding pump for IBC cleaning and tank cleaning

Relatively new company growing and getting to the point where we are using 250gallon IBC totes to receive raw apple cider deliveries and now have on order 2 x 5BBL stainless Brite tanks for carbonation. We have smaller transfer pumps for our meads and ciders and want to keep them separate from cleaning requirement. Looking for advice on using standard caustics and santiizers on a regular IBC tote and also the 5BBL Brite tanks for cleaning. Need a pump strong enough to thoroughly force water and chemicals through the CIP systems but not enough to blow up the tanks). Really have no idea on the best type of pump, material of impeller (if that is important) and size/strength of pump (horsepower, want to use either 110v or 220V -- no 3-phase in our building). Any help is appreciated!!! Cheers and stay healthy all..........

    Hello there,
It sounds like a C100 1 HP pump would do what you are after. We have it both as a pump and motor and as a portable assembly. If you are unsure we can help, just call us.
