  • Dropping sparge tannins in fermenter

    I have a new apprentice Brewer and he drained the mash tun into the kettle without me knowing. Now that the 7bl beer has fermented out it has the dreaded tannin after taste. I was thinking of starting to drop the fermenter temp to 33f and add gelatine. Any other ideas?
