Bottled beer, taproom sales only, bottles never leave premises--label required?

We want to do a bottle conditioned Brett beer, aged in 335 ml bottles for 6 months then served only in the brewery tap room. Bottles never leave the tap room, in fact customers would never touch the bottle; we would open and pour into glass on order.

Do we still need to label the bottles?
