    Hard Seltzer Yeast

    Has Anyone used this yeast in a Hard Seltzer? if so howd it do
    Anyone had a lot of success with a particular yeast? Lalin EC-1118 seems like a popular choice

    Lalvin EC-1118 is indeed popular and will produce a nice seltzer. I would recommend considering LalBrew CBC-1 as well, which has much better microbiology specs compared to EC-1118.
