    Hello All, I own a small 5bbl brewery at a winery and everything was going into kegs. Now the winery is closed and I've also closed until we get the all clear. In case we have a relapse in fall or winter, I want to be prepared and have bottles or cans. Bottles definitely seem to be the easier path...

    We have just ordered a jacketed brite tank that we will use to chill and then carbonate our kombucha.

    As the kombucha in the tank won’t have alcohol in it will we need to keep the coolant above zero to prevent the kombucha in the tank from freezing?
