I am opening a small brewery and without getting to deep into production levels, equipment and distribution I was hoping for feedback about co2 contracts. The contract I am looking at is for a 500 pound tank, rental is $55. monthly, nitro generator meter at $75. monthly, gas detection unit $20. monthly. Gas .38c a pound.
I'm mixing nitro in the tap lines due to the length of the run.
I'd like to hear others experience with contracts and whether they are worth the cost of just pay as you go.
