I'm just looking for general use advice for our two 1bbl and one 2bbl brites. All have 2 micron stones. Beer gets to about 5C in the cooler and I'm aiming for about 2.5 vol of CO2. Could anyone provide a step by step of the carbing process? Currently the stones are the only CO2 inlet. Should I have an inlet on the lid? Thanks in advance!
