  • Spice additions scale up for a Wit???

    I'm doing a Belgian Wit in a few weeks and scaling up an old recipe for 15 gallons. The brew is for 7BBL- any insite on what the additions might be for the end of boil spices (citrus zest, coriander, and chamomile) I do not believe I can just do a linear scale up....or can I????

    I'd back off them about 80%, keeping the addition times the same.
