    Any one familiar with the workings of lalvin ec-1118 ? Im experimenting with agave cider. First time using this. OG 1070 fermenting at roughly 90 degrees. Oxygenated theough a stone. Supposed to be a fast ferment. First pitch stopped after little bubbling for a day. I added more its been SLOWLY bubbling for over a week. Havent taken another gravity yet but its smelling like it should. I read of others having a similar experience but to no avail of results or reasons...
