  • Micro-Smoked Malt

    My end of the year batch of malt, I would like to do a 'smoked' offering. My malting unit wants to do 100-300kgs, Besides the Peat and Beech, what ideas do you have with smoked malts. I can customize any wish you have.

    Drop the phenolic peat, add cherry, apple, hickory.
