Beer name in reverse?

Hello, I just found a brewery that is using a beer name similar to ours but in reverse? What is acceptable practice on this? Their beer is brand new, 5 checkins on untappd, whilst ours has 184 and has been in existence since Dec 19, 2018. Looking for how to proceed, as I dont have my beer names trademarked.

Start with a cease and desist request from your attorney. The fear of costly litigation may be enough. Even without a trademark, you may be covered under copyright law.
