Round, back lit tap logos

Hey all,
Had an account request a round logo for their draft tower. It faces out to the bar and is back lit. I attached a photo of the setup (sorry it's blurry) but they're the five circles lit up like candles. Is anyone printing these themselves? If so, any suggestions? Obviously printing our logo off our printer would work but it'd be nice to have something sturdy so they can reuse it.

Not sure if you are looking just for quality logos or lenses as well. I have some British taps with these types of font badges. I found this source for a combo lens/logo, but haven't ordered any yet:
