I just finished 2nd review with revisions to the TTB. We are just starting construction in our building- which is a door, unisex bathroom, and coolers. Originally I planned on a fermentation room and a serving room for a total of 10x20'. I scored a nice walk in that is a 9'x16' that I want to use as the serving/tax determination room and put the fermenters outside the room. Beyond the security (lock fermenters) issue- will there be trouble if I change the floor plan now?
The big change would be the fermenters are in a different location.
