Send your specialist a revised drawing and explain what your changing and why.

Here is what I sent to my specialist in an email along with the drawing:
My contractor just hit a small snag in building out the space. Is it possible to move the location of the storage cooler? I have attached the revised drawing for review.

They put it in the file without further questions.

I just finished 2nd review with revisions to the TTB. We are just starting construction in our building- which is a door, unisex bathroom, and coolers. Originally I planned on a fermentation room and a serving room for a total of 10x20'. I scored a nice walk in that is a 9'x16' that I want to use as the serving/tax determination room and put the fermenters outside the room. Beyond the security (lock fermenters) issue- will there be trouble if I change the floor plan now?

The big change would be the fermenters are in a different location.

What to do?
