I'm surprised that Mr. Coors got anything more than a ticket for running the stop sign, in most states that's all he would have gotten with a bac under 0.08
How many states have laws like Colorado where you can be charged with driving while impaired at 0.05%? I do believe he was fibbing a little when he said that he'd had "a beer"; he forgot to mention the 2 or 3 glasses of champagne

, and blew a .04. Although I was not issued a ticket the Mo State Trooper told me he had issued DUI and manslaughter charges against a woman who blew a .05 after a fatal crash.
