I am wondering if any of you may be using a Nitrogen generator in place of CO2 for larger sized packaging breweries. If so, which companies would you recommend? We would be using it to push beer from several 500 bbl fermenters, a couple of 1,000 bbl's, a couple of 500 bbl brights and to supply our canning line with purge gas. Thanks in advance for any feedback!

I work for a company that may be able to work with you on a solution. DM me at bill@acbeverage.com so I can loop some folks in that will be able to ask all the right questions.

Ensure that you have O2 environmental sensors in your brewery if you are going to use nitrogen gas for such. N2 can be very deadly. Way more deadly than CO2, Your body does not react to it at all. It does with CO2 gas. If your OSHA inspector doesn't demand it, they should. Be safe.
Pax.
