I'm starting a small volume mobile canning business in upstate NY. And have a pricing formula that I think will work for both the breweries and my bottom line. It's a one stop shop where I'll be supplying the cans, lids, quad packs, and case boxes. I don't know what canners in other parts of the state charge per case, or per can. Looking to get some pricing feedback from breweries both in NY and across the country. Thanks.
Update: If some breweries could share what they pay for canning services (for example - a 5 barrel run put into 16 oz cans) it would help me to know if my pricing formula is within the going rate. Thanks.
