  • Brewery Walls

Trying to decide what to install for walls. We have 2x4 walls over old cement plaster. Insulation was non existent so that's why the added walls. We are looking at glass board adheared to osb for the first 8' of wall in the brewhouse and cooler. Then something else from there. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I would agree, FRP. , texture panels you can buy them in White at Home Dep. Glue them on, but read directions on the right type of adhesive to use.

        My FRP sucks.

After 10 years of use, my FRP has delaminated from the substrate. Cheap, but not worth it IMO. I like the product I bought from Extrutech plastics: http://www.epiplastics.com/index.html
Their product is used in car washes, dairy barns, and other demanding applications. It was easy to install and not very expensive. It's only been in use 2 years, but so far still looks new.

FRP? What about worries for fire spread and fire rating?

Its not a concern in all settings, but it can be.
