12 oz vs 341 ml bottles

Hi all,

I've been searching all over for the dimensional difference between US 12oz and CAN 341ml glass bottles. I want to buy a filler/crowner perferable Meheem, and need to know if it will take both bottles. If not can anyone recommend a filler that is universal?

They are quite a lot different. The 341 mL bottles are narrower, resulting in the fill tubes on a Meheen being closer together. The crowning head would also need the crowns closer together too. I believe the 341 mL is also taller. I think you'd be hard pressed to find something universal without having to change over parts if you wanted to run both.

I did find this information on the 341 mL: overall height=8.734", largest diameter=2.515".

Did the guys from Wild Rose in Calgary sell their Meheen yet?

It had changeover parts for both bottles mentioned.

No, they didn't, I'm still considering that one. It's alittle pricy.
