Bogus Notifications?

I'm getting notifications of replies to "subscribed" threads I've never even read.

What's up?

As in just today, this week, this month?

We did a major upgrade to the forum a few months ago. Perhaps there was a change with that.

looking at your profile you do have a lot of subscriptions- probably each thread you have posted on.

Seems it started last week.

The new software was quite a downgrade. Many things that formerly worked perfect, now long gone.
This is the trend in Software Engineering.

Change is the one constant, as they say. I didn't want to change, but due to the old software no longer being supported, we had do.

If there are some things I can try to help you re-create / or find if they just exist in new locations, please let me know the details and I'll try.

If you just wanted to vent, well that's OK too.

Newest weirdness: I just replied to a post that was on the "Trending" sidebar, and now all posts are marked as "Read".
