Hopeful to get some input. We are a self-distributing brewery and we only distribute to about 150 accounts in our local market. We have one sales rep and a delivery driver. We are looking to grow, and wondering when is the right time to bring on an additional sales rep, so my question is, what kind of output should I expect from a single sales rep (in annual gross revenue) before they are at full capacity? I know there are lots of factors that could change this, but just looking for some real life experiences.
