Since no one else has responded, I guess I will... I also am in the process of startup, however I am in the process of completing a Master of Emerging Enterprise/ Entrepreneurship.

First question to you: What do you consider Cellar Sales?

On the revenues, consider other items as revenue sources... snacks etc. coin op pull tables as well.

I am currently fine tuning my business plan and want to make sure my list of revenue streams is sufficiently exhausted. Thus far I have:

- Taproom draft beer sales
- Distribution beer sales
- Taproom packaged beer sales (crowlers/growlers/4 packs)
- Merchandise (shirts, hats, glassware, etc)
- Specialty bottle releases
- Cellar sales
- Membership club
- Events (bottle shares, beer dinners, ticketed fests & anniversary parties)

Are there any other streams of revenue that you have experience with, have observed, or heard about?
