I'm wondering if anyone can recommend label suppliers for doing really small quantities of pressure-sensitive labels for small batch one-off beers? Maybe as low as 1000 labels at a time. Most suppliers will do it digitally, but prices I'm finding are pretty ridiculous at 1000-2000 quantities. Like $0.30-$0.60 per label.

Call./email the guys at Labels in Motion and see if they can help you out. We've had tremendous luck with them. We routinely get runs of 2000 labels from them, mostly for small batch stuff, without a problem or outrageous cost. Their quality is beyond reproach as is their customer service. The best part is that when they give you the price, it includes everything... even shipping. They don't give you the per label price and then hit you with die fees, setup fees, editing fees, admin fees, etc...
