Anderson Valley Brewing co is seeking a full QA/QC Lab Technician.
The QA/QC Lab Technician will be responsible for tasks to execute quality standards, perform day-to-day analytical testing and quality checks in all phases of the operations, work with incoming raw materials including water and with waste water analysis. They will also be responsible for running our sensory program and participate with product development and in our robust barrel ageing and sour beer productions. Other duties may vary as necessary.
Brewing experience is a must
Pay will match industry standard and will depend on qualification. AVBC benefits, including health insurance, matching 401k and paid time off, sick leave.

The Anderson Valley brewery was established in 1987 and is located in beautiful and rural Northern California - specifically within the town of Boonville CA. As of 2018, our volume is approximately 57,000 barrels. Situated on 28 acres among vineyards and ranchland, the brewery is truly a picturesque place to work and make new beers.
