    I use a 2.6 gallon Foam-It unit I got from Madison Chemical. I use their acid foam and/or fomacid from Birko. I like both chemicals and the unit makes really great foam.

    I've tried the 5 star 880, wasn't a fan, and went back to patcote 376. The 5 star works wonders in a blow off bucket, but didn't help with keeping krausen in the FV.
