Hello all, I am in the process of starting a microbrewery in Chicago and am having a hard time finding out what the requirements are for waste water here.
We are planning a 7BBL production brewery, around 4 fermenters, 7-10 brites, some barrel ageing etc, bottling line and kegs.
I have tried to search through the cities websites etc. but can't find any info on the subject. Who should I contact for our requirements?
If anyone has any information for the area I'd be greatly apreciative.
