Good source for Casks?

I was hoping to start cask conditioning for the first time soon. Does anybody know any good manufacturers/suppliers of casks (pins or firkins)? Average price for them and other items needed? Any essential texts or people to contact?

I hear that Cellarmanship is a good book on the subject, although I haven't read it.

Court Avenue in Des Moines is, in and of itself, a good resource. Stop in and try some of the beers. They're damn good.

Otherwise, sample often.
