Any input of any kind on this topic would be great

Hey! These folks are out of Tampa. The same show, Daytime, is doing a piece on our brewery to air the end of Jan.

solar water heat

we use solar to heat our brewery and heat water. In the summer we get 1200 gallons a day of 140 to 160 degree water, sometimes more. The array cost about 50k installed.

We got tax credits and a USDA rural development grant to pay for the system. It is pretty nifty. Checkout www.redlodgeales.com
