IDD Miniking compressed air requirement?

Any one know what size air compressor I will need to run a IDD miniking keg washer/racker? Is oiless rotary screw required or does a piston type with oil coalescers/ filters do the job?

Ours requirments for compressed air are, flow rate of 30 scfm and 2.5 scfm with a consumption of 4 scfm and 1 scfm respectivly. We run it with a Quincy 10 horse. We use an inline filter.
