There seems to be a great deal of hostility on the board recently. I believe that the percentage of ill-behaved individuals is exactly equal when compareing brewers and owners.
Weather you are looking for a job or looking to fill a position in your brewery it is your responsibility to screen the individuals you are planning to work with. The ability to determine the character of those that we work with has a great deal to do with our success and happyness.
