To much head space?

Are there any problems that can arise from brewing on a 15bbl system and fermenting in 40bbl tanks. I know that is not the ideal set up, but we are on a budget and some 40 bbl tanks were offered to us for a good price, we are purchasing a 15bbl system. I don't see any problem double brewing and filling 30 bbls in a 40 bbl tank, but what about 15bbls in a 40 bbl tank? Thanks

Mainly it depends on whether the beer will be in a cooling zone, and if the temperature probe will be under at least a few feet of beer.
