To whom it may concern,
I have worked in a production brewery in the UK and a brew pub in New York as the head brewer for a few months. Previous to my professional experience I had been home brewing for more than six years. I have done very well with every aspect of recipe formulation, production, cleaning, and maintaining inventory and equipment.
I am seeking a long term position in a brew pub or micro brewery in which I would be able to grow with the company, making great beer, allowing for creativity, meanwhile providing for my family while making a decent living.
