Root Beer Extract

To the Forum,

Anyone have a source for root beer flavoring other than Northwest Extract? I had used them for 15 years but tried to set up an account with them six months ago in our new business venture and they do not seem to want our business, very frustrating. Lost orders, always shipping the next day (every time we check the same order) for days on end, lost credit applications, on and on.....

Was Northwest Extract bought out?

They still do, and I believe they still have a 4 gallon minimum---thats a lot of extract! But damned good product.

Nothwest went through a huge warehouse move in mid October. We had problems as well but they seem to be finally back on track.
