BrewPub Mentor/Consultant - Southern New England

Hi Everyone-
I've been browsing the boards for a while now, signed up a couple months ago and now am finally posting. My business partner and I are in the very beginning stages of planning a brewpub in southern New England. We have the basic ideas and most of our business plan drafted(still needs work on the numbers).

We are both completely new to this business, and start-ups in general. We are hoping to find someone who has gone through this and is kind enough to take us under their wing and act as something of a mentor in this project. We're open to a real consultant too, but obviously are looking to cut costs if at all possible!

Anyone willing to help out a couple young ambitious brewers get the business going?
