The Original Peet Dryer is what I use for my boots. (Haven't used them for brewing boots yet - soon though).
I like it because it is convention based and gets soggy boots dry in about 8 hours. It also doesn't get very hot, just warm so it doesn't promote rapid deterioration.
They also make a propane fired version if you like to dance in a partially full mash tun...Little Deep Brewing Company

I got a boot and glove dryer from our local hunting outfitter. At the end of a brew day we just toss our stuff on and the next morning everything is bone dry.
Bonus, when it's minus 40 it's nice to come in to toasty warm brew boots and gloves!
