Kettle venting angle issue

We will be venting our kettle soon and it has a pretty long horizontal run before it gets to the vertical to go up two stories. We are trying to find out the amount of pitch we can get away with on that horizontal run in order to get the correct lift and boil off without having it condense too soon and run back. It is a 15bbl kettle but we will only be boiling 7bbl batches in it at first. Anyone else been faced with this venting issue?
