COLORADO BREWERY seeks a highly motivated, organized, and committed individual with good communication skills and a strong work ethic. Individual should be self-motivated, and experienced in all aspects of running a production brewery.

DUTIES will include, but are not limited to:
- Brew high quality ales and lagers
- Manage / operate a clean and safe brewery
- Troubleshooting mechanical and operational problems
- Schedule staff and resources as necessary
- Recipe development
- Inventory management - ordering
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Maintenance and repair of brew house equipment
- Direct and implement CIP and other cleaning regimens
- Improving operational and brewing practices, processes and controls
- Production scheduling
- Quality assurance / quality control
- Record keeping
- Oversee order completion - shipping and delivery
- Assist with coordination of festivals / scheduling
- Train and mentor subordinates
- Ensure safety and sanitation programs are followed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Three or more years production brewery experience
- Superior work ethic
- One to two years management experience
- Ability to effectively manage time
- Knowledge of fermentation and yeast management
- Knowledge of all facets of packaging
- Ability to lift 160 pounds
- Ability to climb and reach
- Keen analytical and problem solving skills
- Flexibility in work hours
- Solid mechanical aptitude
- Working knowledge of computers and MS Office
- Must be at least 21 years of age
