In a production brewery/taproom situation, are there any TTB issues with serving from tanks as opposed to kegs? If we had 2 or 3 small serving tanks for our biggest over the bar sellers, we could xfer directly from Uni to tank and not have to fool with kegs for some of the taproom sales. Presumably these tanks would be labeled for tax determination.
