Do any of you use these in place of Grain Miller's White Wheat Flakes? I just got in a batch sized sample from Cargill and am considering using it to do just that. Thing is, they use infrared to gelatinize the wheat kernels, so I'm wondering if any toastiness will come through. It's just under 50% of our grist for our Wit. Any experiences with this stuff?
