HopWerx is a start-up brewery in Bristol, TN. We are in the process of acquiring a 15BBL system. We are looking for a Head Brewer… This is an opportunity to join a brewery as a startup.
We are looking for someone to participate in making this brewery happen, to give feedback and develop recipe formulation, equipment selection, production space layout, and (once up and running) managing and streamlining production and packaging and representing the brand to our customers.
This will be a brewpub and a live music venue. Large indoor area with outside areas for socializing. Personality and work ethic matter! You will be representing this company at the brewery, beer festivals, and special events. Once up and running we have secured commitments from several popular restaurants to carry our beer.
Candidates Must Have:
-3 years experience in a professional setting on 7BBL system or larger.
-Strong communication/organizational skills and experience managing others.
We are offering a competitive salary/benefits / bonus structure.
