We are looking for a Head Brewer with at least 3 years experience in an established packaging brewery to join our crew. The right person for the job will be eager to both teach and learn and has a proven ability to create and manage superior, consistent ales and lagers. We’re looking for a solid brewer and a great leader. We’re a new brewery start up in County Sligo in The West of Ireland. We’ll start with a small crew with lots of opportunity for growth and innovation. We truly want someone that’s creative and desires to grow long term with the company, and can eagerly adapt to the challenges of a startup.

This individual is going to be integral team member in helping shape our future. This is a great opportunity for a brewer to leave their mark and grow with a brewery.
Required Qualifications:
-Must have professional brewing experience
-Must demonstrate a strong work ethic.
-Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail and quality.
-Ability to work both independently and in small work teams.
Physical Demands:
The brewing position requires the ability to frequently walk and climb stairs, move and wrestle hoses, lift and move up to 55 lbs, read and understand multiple scientific instruments, perform basic math calculations.
Ability to work flexible hours – whatever it takes to get the job done.
Various other non-glamorous tasks including occasional packaging work (keg filling, bottling line, keg cleaning), shipping/receiving, general facility cleaning, and other stuff you should already expect if this job is for you.
