The Brewers Consortium (www.brewersconsortium.com) is beginning construction on a 100,000-barrel contract brewing facility in eastern Pennsylvania, and is slated to open for business by September 2014.
We are planning on offering our contract brewers, in addition to premier equipment and access, a yearly profit dividend based upon the # of bbl's produced - truly a new concept.
We are looking for contract brewers and additional expertise to improve this model so craft brewing can finally bridge the gap between sense of community evident throughout the rest of the industry and actual contract brewing arrangements.
