Head Brewer needed for established Chicago area Brewpub group
We’re a casual restaurant and brewery group looking for a talented brewer to join our growing team.
We’re seeking a self starter that has a proven track record of making high quality beer in a pub environment. The ideal candidate should have a brewing diploma along with a minimum of three years experience in the field. Ability to work as part of a brewery team along with excellent technical skills in brewing, filtering, and cellar operations are essential. Candidiates should be computer literate and able to manage a budget and adhere to purchasing and labor standards.
As a growing company we're looking for someone who can follow existing standards, maintain consistency and help us build new systems that will contribute to future growth and success. The job will be dynamic, aside from pub brewing operations candidiates can expect to be involved our packaging operations and distribution management along with marketing activities such as beer dinners, festivals and off site events.
