About the Job
Beak and Skiff Apple Orchards and 1911 Spirits are looking for an experienced Distiller and Hard Cider maker for its newly established 1911 Spirits business. Individual will work with the Master Distiller and Co-Owner Steve Morse and will have the opportunity to be next in line for the head distiller job based on performance. Individual will also be expected to contribute to the planning of our new production facility to be built in 2014 to keep up with rapidly growing demand.
Beak and Skiff is a 100 year old family apple orchard based in LaFayette, New York. It has a rich history in Central New York which spans across several generations. 1911 Spirits consists of Vodka, Gin, and 5 flavors of Hard Cider. All of our spirits are distilled from apples grown on our 750 acre orchard. From tree to bottle our mission is to provide our customers with quality small batch spirits made locally.
