    Ha, either way, the answer to his question is that he significantly over estimated.

    Other factors to consider about his demographic is how many restaurants are in that area? How many breweries? We have a lot more restaurants/breweries/beer bars to compete with in our area. If they're the only option for beer and food, they might kill it. Farm breweries in bumfuck VA kill it too.

    It's likely cheap rent so maybe target for 200 bbls in the 1st year and grow if/as necessary if you are killing it.
