Brewery with "some" food

Hello -

I'm curious about the regulations related to a production brewery serving small food bites in the tap room. Of course the we would have the prep kitchen inspected by the Heath department. Just looking to make sure they both can exist under the same roof.

TTB will have no issue. We have a restaurant as well as a distribution brewery. That said, depending on the State you are operating in you may have restrictions from your State or local municipality. There may also be a zoning issue.

Anybody running a local food truck? Works out great for both parties at many production breweries.
