Selling out o date beer to a distillary

Anyone know the ins and outs of doing this in compliance with the fed and our Brewers report of operations?

Have some inventory I would like to clear off our books with the 2nd quarter report.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks

I recommend you look into local ethanol producers as well.

    It's not hard...

It won't be taxpaid for you, since the distillery will be paying excise on it when it leaves their bonded area. The distillery purchases it from you as their distillation material, and most of the reporting is on their side. It may have to be transported in bond...not sure about that part of it.
